About This Pair

The Klingon bat’leth is a curved, scimitar-like blade with four points and three handholds along its back. Designed by Star Trek: The Next Generation visual effects producer Dan Curry, it is known to Klingon warriors as the “sword of honour”. It is held against the forearm and wielded using the handholds on the outer edge, and legend says the first bat’leth was forged around 625 AD by Kahless the Unforgettable.
