1. Shipping Rates & Currency

All prices, shipping fees, and order totals listed on our website are displayed and processed in UK Pounds (GBP, £). We do not charge any hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated transparently during checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order:

  • Standard Items: We charge only £15 flat rate for shipping.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling £500 or more. This discount applies automatically at checkout without needing a promo code.

2. Processing, Transit & Cut-Off Times

All in-stock orders are dispatched from our local fulfillment facilities.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (Midnight) GMT.
  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Sunday) via FedEx or USPS.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 days.

3. Address Modifications

We cannot alter or update a shipping address once a parcel has been handed to the courier. If you need to change your delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@blacksmithuk.co.uk.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse for a full refund. If your package has already been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled in transit; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return upon receipt.

5. Damaged Shipments & Insurance

All shipments dispatched by BlackSmithUK are fully trackable and insured.

  • Visible Transit Damage: If your parcel arrives with clear external damage, please reject the delivery directly with the courier if possible and notify us immediately.
  • Delivered Damaged Goods: If a damaged parcel was left at your property, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, then email support@blacksmithuk.co.uk right away so we can process a swift replacement.
