Icingdeath and Twinkle Scimitar Drizzt Swords

Icingdeath and Twinkle – Drizzt Do’Urden’s Scimitars

Drizzt is one of the Forgotten Realms’ best-loved heroes. First introduced as a supporting character in the Icewind Dale Trilogy, he went on to star in many more books after turning his back on the evil traditions of his people and leaving his home in the Underdark. His main blade, Icingdeath, holds the power of frost: when it senses fire it glows a pale blue and absorbs the heat – even magical flames – making it a formidable weapon.

Twinkle is a powerful scimitar with a star-cut sapphire in its pommel that warns of nearby danger. Drizzt received it from Malchor Harpell while hunting Artemis Entreri with the Companions of the Hall. The blade was later broken, but Catti-brie restored it at the Great Forge, combining it with Vidrinath and bringing back its full cutting and defensive strength.
