Surprisingly heavy

The blade is a lot heavier than I anticipated, which makes it feel genuinely solid in the hand. It arrived well wrapped in thick foam, so no nicks or scuffs to speak of. The edge looks sharp enough to be dangerous, so handle with care.

Solid presence for the wall

The Gothic Two-Handed Sword sits perfectly on the bespoke mount, which feels sturdy enough to handle the weight without bowing. The dark patina gives it a genuine, aged look that avoids looking like cheap chrome, while the cold steel edge still catches the light surprisingly well. It’s become the focal point of my study, and the hilt grip feels substantial in the hand during a close inspection.
