About Gimli’s Battle Axe

Like most Dwarves, Gimli’s weapon of choice is the axe. Chosen to represent his people in the Fellowship after his father’s attendance at the Council of Elrond, he fights bravely beside Legolas and Aragorn from Helm’s Deep to the Black Gate of Mordor, and his determination makes him invaluable to the company. In Moria, after a cave troll destroys the tomb of his kinsman Balin, he recovers the mighty two-handed battle axe that once belonged to the Dwarf-lord. Here is our version:
