About Ichigo’s Zangetsu

Zangetsu is the spirit of Ichigo Kurosaki’s zanpakutō, closely tied to his inner Hollow. Hollows are creatures born from human souls that fail to cross over to the Soul Society and linger too long in the human world, becoming corrupted and devouring the souls of the living and the dead. They dwell in Hueco Mundo and cross into both the human world and the Soul Society. The Hollow within Ichigo is known as Hollow Ichigo or White Ichigo.

This spirit was formed from the powers Ichigo inherited from both his mother and his Shinigami father. He is tall, with white skin and hair, black sclera and white irises, and while Ichigo wears a black shihakushō, his zanpakutō spirit wears a white one with a black sash. The massive sword that bears his name is reproduced here, made from quality stainless steel by our craftsmen.
